I placed an order and haven't received my tracking number?

You’ll only receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched from the warehouse. Please do not expect a tracking number instantly.  Please be aware that your tracking number is sent to you after your order has been processed and dispatched from our warehouse.

When will I get my order?

On our website, it is clear that we require 10 working days to get your order/s dispatched from our warehouse (this excludes weekends and public holidays). Delivery with the courier could still take 24 – 48 hours after it has been dispatched from our warehouse.

We will always push to get you your order as soon as possible however this lead time is the only way we can give you the best possible price for the product

I emailed support and no-one replied, what should I do?

We want you to have the best experience with us, however, email queries do have a lead time of 24 – 48 hours. If you need urgent support, please contact us on Facebook Messenger, and one of our customer care consultants will be with you shortly.
